First off I think I need to start using Makaylas camera to take pictures, because the camera on my phone is so blurry. So I am not a cook, my mom is not a cook, my grandma is not a cook therefor I was never taught how to cook. While I was a single mom I worked and didn’t have much time so we ate a lot of frozen foods, but now that I am married to a man whos mom is an amazing cook it’s time I learn. Little by little I have been learning. It’s slowly getting better, but if you ask my husband he will lie and tell you I’m an amazing cook and he loves my food, at least he will say that if I’m in the same room.
Anyways, I went to white castle for the first time a couple years ago, it was good but wasn’t so good to where I’ve been craving it since. I found a recipe for white castle sliders on pinterest (I am a huge pinterest lover ) and decided to give it a try a couple weeks ago. Ohhhhhhh they were so good! I ate enough to stuff me, then I ate more. I doubled the recipe so we would have leftovers for lunch the next day, well again I ate enough to stuff me then I ate more then went back to work with a stomach ache from eating so much but they are so good! I was surprised they turned out so yummy.
Try them for yourself!

1 pound ground beef

1- 16 ounce shredded cheese

1 package,  Lipton Onion Soup Mix

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon garlic power

1 package (12 count) mini hamburger/slider buns (I used Hawaiian sweet rolls)

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. In a medium sized bowl, thoroughly mix ground beef, 1 cup shredded cheese, onion soup mix, mayonnaise, and garlic powder.

3. Press/flatten hamburger into a 9×13 pan to form a thin layer (about 1/4 thick). Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes until cooked through. ( I doubled the recipe so I filled a 9×13 pan and two 9×9 square pans )

4. Remove from oven and cut hamburger into 12 squares with a pizza cutter or knife. Top with slices of cheese and then place on buns. (I put the patty on the bun, put a little shredded cheese on top and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds)

That easy! If you try them leave me a comment below let me know how they turned out!
